Meet-Me Conferencing
Save time and travel expenses by scheduling conference calls with distant clients and co-workers. Through the HIP Web Portal, you can easily set up a conference call with a few clicks of the mouse. Reserve conference call times, invite guests, and send reminder notices – it’s never been easier.

Call Jump
This feature is specially designed for people on the go. Call Jump allows you to switch phones in the middle of a call. Enter in a code, and switch your call seamlessly from your office line to your cell phone without missing a beat!

Find-Me/Follow-Me
This feature means you never have to be out of touch. Every office number on a HIP hosted network can be pre-programmed to forward calls to other specified numbers when no one answers. So you can send calls to your office line to your cell phone, home phone, or anywhere else you want.

Call Screening
If you’re getting calls you’d rather miss, HIP’s Auto Attendant can automatically screen incoming calls, giving you the option of either answering the call, or sending it directly to voice mail.

Time-of-Day Routing
This feature sends calls to different locations based on the time of day when a call is made. So, for example, during business hours, calls will go to an office line, and after hours, calls will go directly to a cell phone number.

Hunt Groups
HIP’s hosted PBX allows you to group certain phone lines together – for instance, everyone in sales can be designated as a “sales hunt group.” When a call comes in for someone in sales and they don’t answer, the HIP phone system forwards the call to other people in the same group.
