HIP’s Basic Business plan offers a simple, affordable VoIP solution for a small business that needs only a basic business phone system to keep in touch. Features of this plan include Caller ID, Call Waiting, Call Waiting ID, Speed Dial, and the Do Not Disturb option.

Basic Business with Voice Mail

This phone plan offers all the same services as the Basic Business plan, plus HIP’s handy Voice Mail, with its various features. This plan is ideal for small businesses whose phone communication needs are light, but still need the ability to manage missed calls, or occasional peaks in call volume.

Voice Mail on this plan is our Standard Line with Standard Messaging – maximum 50 messages, at one minute each, per line.

Enhanced Business

HIP’s Enhanced Business plan is the preferred choice of a vast majority of our clients. This is the plan that offers all the benefits of a hosted PBX service, such as online management of calls and phone lines through the HIP Web Portal, number aliases, Find-Me/Follow-Me, which allows the Auto Attendant to find you at another number when you are away from your desk, and many other features. Whether you are running a small office or a large, multi-location company, the Enhanced Business plan can be easily suited to fit your needs.

Voice Mail on this plan is our Enhanced Line with Enhanced Messaging – a maximum of 100 messages, up to 3 minutes each, per line.
